Lolabot Factory is built on the shoulders of great open-source work.

The Personality Library

Of the 314 AI agent personalities in Lolabot Factory’s catalog, 169 originate from agency-agents by Mike Sitarzewski. This thoughtfully curated library spans 15 divisions of specialized agent roles — from engineering and design to legal and finance — and served as the foundation for every personality in our catalog.

We’re grateful for Mike’s work in assembling such a comprehensive and well-structured collection. It gave us a massive head start and shaped how we think about agent specialization.

VoltAgent — Subagent Collection

VoltAgent’s curated subagent collection adds 144 specialized agents to the factory — language specialists, infrastructure pros, quality & security reviewers, data/AI experts, business-product strategists, and meta-orchestration agents. We map their 10 source categories into our existing 15-division taxonomy so the /browse experience stays coherent.

MIT licensed. Forked to our org for stable provenance; original credit and license flow back to the VoltAgent community and contributors.

gstack — The Skill Collection

A large portion of Lolabot Factory’s skill catalog comes from gstack by Garry Tan — the open-source Claude Code setup he uses to run YC. We pulled in his 45 opinionated skills (planning, code review, design review, QA, ship workflows, and more) so any agent built in factory can be equipped with workflows that have been battle-tested in production.

We mirror Garry’s repo into our own fork so factory’s builds stay stable even as upstream evolves. Full credit and license attribution flow to the original.

Anthropic Skills — Official Reference Skills

Anthropic publishes a reference skill collection that demonstrates what Claude Code skills can do — frontend design, brand guidelines, MCP server scaffolding, web-app testing, algorithmic art, and more. We pulled in the open-source Apache 2.0 skills so any agent in factory can be equipped with the same building blocks Anthropic uses to showcase Claude Code.

We mirror the upstream into our own fork to keep factory builds stable across upstream churn. The source-available document skills (docx/pdf/pptx/xlsx) are intentionally excluded from the picker to stay clear of license ambiguity.

Impeccable — The Design Language

Impeccable by Paul Bakaus is a design language that makes an AI agent meaningfully better at frontend design — 23 commands (polish, audit, critique, distill, animate, bolder, quieter…), 27 deterministic anti-pattern rules, and a 12-rule LLM critique pass. Built on top of Anthropic’s frontend-design skill and extended into a full design discipline.

Apache 2.0. Forked to our org so factory builds stay stable across upstream churn; original credit and license flow back to Paul.

Vercel agent-browser

agent-browser by Vercel Labs is a fast browser-automation CLI for AI agents — Chrome via CDP, accessibility-tree snapshots, compact element refs. Bundled as a skill so any agent can drive a browser for testing, scraping, or end-to-end QA.

Apache 2.0. Forked to our org for stable provenance.

Google agents-cli

agents-cli by Google ships skills that turn an agent into an expert at scaffolding, evaluating, deploying, observing, and publishing AI agents on Google Cloud's Agent Platform — 7 skills covering the full lifecycle.

Apache 2.0. Forked to our org for stable provenance.

Cloudflare Skills

cloudflare/skills teaches an agent the Cloudflare Developer Platform — 8 skills covering the master Cloudflare skill, Agents SDK, Durable Objects, Sandbox SDK, Wrangler, web performance, Workers best practices, and email service.

Apache 2.0. Forked to our org for stable provenance.

Claude for Legal (Anthropic)

claude-for-legal is Anthropic’s legal-domain plugin suite — 150 skills across 12 practice areas (commercial, IP, corporate, employment, litigation, privacy, regulatory, AI governance, product, plus pro-bono and teaching plugins). Drop-in workflows for in-house counsel, firms, and legal-adjacent operators who’d rather start from a field-tested template than a blank prompt.

Apache 2.0. Forked to our org for stable provenance.

Awesome Design Skills (bergside)

awesome-design-skills by bergside is a community-curated list of 67 aesthetic design skills — brutalism, claymorphism, bento, vintage, terracotta, vibrant and more. Each skill is a self-contained SKILL.md + DESIGN.md that any agent harness (Claude, Cursor, Codex, Google Stitch) can consume to adopt a specific visual style.

MIT licensed. Pairs with Impeccable’s judgment-first design skill: Impeccable polishes interfaces; these set the aesthetic register before you start.

Hallmark (Nutlope)

hallmark by Hassan El Mghari (Nutlope) is an opinionated anti-AI-slop design skill. One Claude Code skill, ~30 reference files, and three explicit verbs: audit, redesign, and study (from a screenshot or live URL). Powered by Together AI.

MIT licensed. Pairs with Impeccable’s judgment-first design skill and bergside’s aesthetic register list: pick the register, get help polishing the interface, and let Hallmark refuse the hero → 3-feature → CTA → footer rhythm every LLM defaults to.

The 23blocks Ecosystem

The following projects ship as part of factory but are maintained by our own team. We don’t fork them — we own the source repos. Each one is open-source and usable independently of factory.
