How to use this well

Recommended path

  • ·Pick a personality from Browse — search or filter by division.
  • ·Keep the default skill set the configurator picks. The defaults are tuned.
  • ·Hit Build, copy the one-liner, paste it in your terminal.
  • ·Restart Claude Code and run /plugin list to confirm.

Avoid

  • ·Don’t hand-edit the generated plugin folder. Re-run the build instead — edits are overwritten on update.
  • ·Don’t mix personalities. One build = one personality. For multiple, use the Org Builder.
  • ·Don’t install third-party plugin zips. The install URL points at factory’s S3; that’s the source of truth.

Verify after install

  • ·Restart Claude Code so it re-scans ~/.claude/plugins/.
  • ·Run /plugin list — your plugin should appear by name.
  • ·Run /agents — the personality should be listed as a subagent.
  • ·If anything is missing, re-run the install URL. It is idempotent.

Do I need to know how to code?

What is Claude Code?

Claude Code is an AI coding assistant made by Anthropic. It runs in your terminal and helps you write, edit, and understand code. Lolabot Factory adds specialist personalities on top of it.

Is this free?

Lolabot Factory is completely free. However, Claude Code itself requires an Anthropic subscription. We do not charge anything on top of that.

Can I change my agent later?

Yes. Run the install command for a different specialist anytime. You can switch roles, add or remove skills, and reinstall as often as you want.

What is a 'personality'?

A personality is a set of instructions that tells Claude Code how to think and work within a specific field. A marketing strategist personality focuses on campaigns, audience analysis, and content. An engineer personality focuses on architecture, code quality, and debugging. Same AI, different expertise.
